I’m hannah! Welcome to my website…

If there’s one thing you should know about me it’s that art is all I know, and it encapsulates everything I’ve ever been good at. I started my “training” in elementary school when I got my very first portable CD player. I’m sure my parents regretted ever buying me that thing because as soon as I put batteries in it, I became a mocking bird. I knew every word to every Hilary Duff and Carrie Underwood song, and the world knew that I knew them too. I was THAT kid. (Sorry mom and dad! And universe!)

I also knew that I’d found my niche. Performing became my obsession and I educated myself in every possible medium. I began dancing, writing music, acting, choreographing, playing guitar and ukulele, gymnastics, modeling… My main dilemma in school was that there was never enough time for all the extra-curriculars I wanted to enroll in.

Fortunately, after about 12 years of personal creating, I decided to pursue a career in performance and receive a Bachelors of Fine Arts for it. Through the very in-depth work that was required to graduate, I gained a profound education in acting methods, established my work ethic, gathered a basic understanding of everyone else’s jobs around me, and most importantly learned the most effective ways to make other people shine. People are such complex individuals with fascinating and unique ideas. The opportunity I’ve been given to live and work around all of these amazing and creative minds is so unbelievably rewarding.

I love what I do. I love making people laugh and allowing them to cry. I love creating with other incredible creators to make something beautiful, disturbing, raw, gentle, ugly, or light. I also really love connecting with people in a way that makes us both feel something.
